Foundation Formation
A shell project is the process in which a home is built to a certain point, mainly the foundation and exterior. The interior of the home is then finished by the owner- this includes flooring, cabinets and so on. NLB performs and manages shell projects that can include clearing the land, forming the dirt pad, laying the foundation and all essential exterior items. Shell plans are customizable.
