Our Team
Josh Vilella
Construction has been a great part of Josh’s life since childhood. At a young age, his family relocated to sunny Southwest Florida (SWFL) and spent decades in the building/ remodeling industry. After graduating from Cypress Lake High School, Josh went on to earn his General Contractor’s license in 2006, and his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of South Florida in Tampa soon after.
As a lifelong learner Josh prides himself on not only knowing the work, but continually educating himself to provide the best services and communication to his clients. Over the years he’s added a Lean Six Sigma Certification, as well as Air Conditioning Contractor and Plumbing Contractor licenses to his repertoire. Aside from work and family, you can find him coaching local little league baseball and mentoring young professionals.
Yliana Vilella
A Fort Myers native, Yliana graduated from Fort Myers High School and went on to the University of South Florida to earn her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications- Public Relations and her master’s in Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. She remains involved in several local and national organizations. Her passion is building relationships that provide a lasting impact through servant leadership, education, and communication. In her client-facing capacity, she oversees the building lifecycle from permitting through the CO process.
Yliana serves as the media contact for the organization.
